Base pay range $175,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities Owning and executing a social-first strategy that drives upper funnel brand awareness and consideration

Leading the development of platform-native content that resonates with diverse audiences and reflects the brand\'s evolving identity

Building and mentoring a high-performing team of social strategists, content creators, and analysts

Partnering closely with brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints

Driving innovation in social formats, trends, and audience engagement tactics

Overseeing real-time content creation, social listening, and community management

Managing paid social campaigns and optimizing performance through data-driven insights

Acting as the internal authority on platform evolution, audience behavior, and emerging technologies

Qualifications 8+ years of experience in social media strategy, with a proven track record of leading brand transformation through digital channels

Deep expertise in platform-native content creation, audience growth, and engagement

Analytical mindset with fluency in social KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization strategies

Passion for storytelling, trendspotting, and building culturally relevant brand moments
