The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters, supporting employees while driving positive change. They will identify and address HR needs for assigned business units, collaborating with HR and leadership to create effective solutions. This role offers opportunities to build strong partnerships across HR and deliver services that support both company goals and the specific needs of the business units.
Worksite and Compensation
Worksite Location : Edina, MN - Hybrid
Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000 with a 10% bonus
