Position Overview

We're seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes PC gaming, understands tech influencing, and can navigate consumer tech trends. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute strategic influencer campaigns that align with SignalRGB's brand values and marketing objectives while supporting adjacent initiatives - including but not limited to the planning and execution of partner marketing campaigns and industry trade show activations. You'll identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate understands both the technical aspects of PC gaming hardware / software and the psychology of gaming audiences, while being well-versed in technical marketing and consumer behavior patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience (Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitch, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from conceptualization to execution and analysis
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on ROI and engagement
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers and their representatives
• Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance requirements
• Stay current on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
• Support content creation efforts by coordinating with influencers on branded content
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging
• Create detailed campaign briefs and provide clear guidance to influencers
