Caja, a brand-new fried chicken and sides restaurant in Graze Food Hall, is looking for a new team member. Graze Food Hall is home to some of the best local eateries in town. We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and experienced team members to lead our team and make Caja the go-to spot at Graze.

Caja is all about simplicity and flavor. With a limited menu focused on perfectly crispy fried chicken and irresistible sides, we're committed to delivering high-quality meals in a vibrant food hall setting.

Caja is led by James Beard award winning chef Alex Roberts along with sister establishments Brasa Rotisserie and Alma cafe, restaurant and hotel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient execution of recipes, plating and service.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive hospitality and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in every plate.
