Position Summary :

The Creative Strategist is primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Creative Strategy. Creative Strategist may : develop strategic and creative frameworks that guide marketing strategies and campaign execution, develop creative briefs for marketing assets or influencers, perform research on audience insights / cultural trends / platform changes, creative writing, and presentation of ideas and pitches. It is expected that the Creative Strategist will work autonomously and manage their time while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Position Responsibilities :

• Creative Strategy & Concept Development :

With oversight from the Director of Creative Strategy :

Develop strategic and creative frameworks that align with brand goals, audience insights, and business objectives.

With oversight from the Director of Creative Strategy :

Manage the briefing, development and execution of content strategies that attract, engage, and activate target audiences across all marketing channels.

Utilize social listening tools, audience segmentation, and cultural analysis to inform creative recommendations.

Manage Wrike on a daily basis to ensure tasks are updated and due dates are adjusted if needed to ensure projects are completed on time.

Facilitate at least weekly team meetings with the Director of Creative Strategy to ensure projects are being completed on time and any concerns are surfaced and follow ups are assigned / delegated for resolution.

Communicate project needs, upcoming projects, and new priorities based on current clients and workload

Analyze campaign performance data and consumer engagement metrics to refine creative strategies.

Assist Director of Creative Strategy with ideating proposals and estimates for future projects based on client goals and team availability.
