In this role, you will assist users with a wide range of technical issues, ensuring that problems are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently while following established processes and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person requests.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Follow standard procedures and escalation paths for issue resolution.
- Work under the direction of a supervisor / manager while collaborating with the IT team.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree in IT or related field preferred.0–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related field.Basic knowledge of common IT concepts, practices, and troubleshooting techniques.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Customer-service mindset with the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment.Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift / move up to 40 lbs. (with assistance for heavier equipment).Comfort working in environments that may require standing, walking, bending, or stretching for extended periods.Why Join Us?
