ESC has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Warehouse Manager to lead a first-shift team in our premier client’s Metro-Milwaukee area distribution center.
What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Warehouse Superpowers) :
Run the Show
- Oversee day-to-day operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, safety, and all the moving parts
- Lead and support a team of warehouse staff
- Keep things moving smoothly—even when the unexpected hits
Own the Numbers
Monitor KPIs like picking accuracy, inventory control, and overall productivityUse data to solve problems, spot trends, and guide decisions before chaos strikesOptimize Everything

5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse / distribution environment (bonus if multi-shift!)Solid understanding of inventory systems, warehouse tech, and ERP platformsA leader who’s hands-on, approachable, and knows how to hold the lineKnowledge of OSHA & safety regs (because safety is everyone’s job)Process improvement mindset with a love of metrics and measurable winsBonus points for high-volume ops experience and talent for coaching future leadersWhy You’ll Love It Here :
