Role Description

We’re looking for a Creative Director (Product & Visuals) to lead the creative direction and visual storytelling behind the products we sell.

This is a hands-on, on-site contract role responsible for creating consistent, high-quality product photography, lifestyle visuals, and short-form video narratives that bring our product catalog to life. You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure that every blank, fabric, and fit is captured in a way that speaks to our community of brand owners and designers.

Key Responsibilities

Product Photography

  • Capture high-quality, studio-style product images for website listings and weekly drops.
  • Ensure consistent lighting, framing, and color accuracy across all SKUs.
  • Manage shoot schedules and digital asset organization.

Lifestyle Visuals & Brand Storytelling

  • Develop lifestyle campaigns and creative concepts to showcase products in real-world or styled settings.
  • Lead shoots (both photo and video) featuring models, flat lays, and environments that align with the Superline aesthetic.
  • Create short-form product storytelling content for web and social (e.g. reels, lookbooks, behind-the-scenes clips).
  • Creative Direction & Collaboration

  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity for Superline’s product division.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the e-commerce, media, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on creative goals.
  • Develop creative briefs, shot lists, and narrative directions for each campaign or drop.
  • Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative direction, content production, or product photography.
  • Strong understanding of apparel, fabric, and streetwear aesthetics.
  • Proficiency with camera operation, studio lighting, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, etc.).
  • Proven ability to plan, shoot, and edit visuals that drive engagement and sales.
  • Excellent sense of storytelling, composition, and brand identity.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be based in Atlanta and available on-site daily.
