Overview

Are you passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and providing exceptional service? Join our team as an Associate, Maintenance, where you'll play a key role in supporting our maintenance operations and ensuring our clients receive fast, reliable roadside assistance.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary escalation contact for our roadside assistance partners, manage critical workflows in Salesforce, and deliver top-tier customer support. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Be the Go-To Problem Solver : Act as the main escalation point for roadside assistance providers (Allstate and Roadside Protect), resolving issues quickly and accurately through Salesforce.
  • Build Strong Partnerships : Host monthly check-ins with providers to strengthen relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
  • Support Internal Operations : Assist teammates with system access, troubleshooting, and internal roadside tools.
  • Deliver White-Glove Client Service : Respond to Maintenance+ inbox inquiries, coordinate vehicle moves, and help clients find the right repair shops.
  • Manage Repair Orders : Oversee reconciliation and history load processes to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Keep Things Flowing : Provide backup support for Salesforce queues during busy periods or absences.
  • Collaborate & Contribute : Help develop internal reporting tools and take on other administrative projects as needed.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Experience handling escalations and working with external service providers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Auto Integrate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting access and system issues.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    • Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience : Background in fleet maintenance, roadside assistance, or client services strongly desired.
  • Travel : Minimal, as needed for vendor or client meetings.
