Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnered with a respected Critical Access Hospital near Philip, SD to identify a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment. \n\nJob Responsibilities\n\n \n\t

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations.

\n\t\n\t

Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs to restore functional mobility and reduce pain.

\n\t\n\t

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

\n\t\n\t

Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge notes accurately.

\n\t\n\t

Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.

\n\t\n

\n\nQualifications\n\n \n\t

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).

\n\t\n\t

Current Physical Therapist license in South Dakota (or compact eligible).

\n\t\n\t

Active BLS certification required.

\n\t\n\t

Previous hospital and outpatient experience preferred.

\n\t\n\t

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

\n\t\n
