Job Description :

Overview : Reporting to the Director of Land Development, the Project Manager is responsible for contributing to the team with ongoing land development projects and performs both office and field functions. A Project Manager will need to understand how Brookfield creates and develops its products and services and be a goal oriented, self-motivated individual.

Office Functions :

• Attendance at selected design team meetings.
• Plan reviews and quantity takeoffs.
• Assist with Budget formulation and maintenance.
• Construction and Entitlement schedule maintenance.
• Assist with internal project approval packages.
• Facilitate vendor contracts and / or change orders for review and approval
• Perform vendor invoice coding.
• Participate in job cost reviews.
