Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder (any field).

Natural communicator who can captivate and inspire audiences.

Passionate advocate for K-8 education with 3 years of youth coaching or mentoring experience.

Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Ready to join our vibrant campus communities in either Phoenix or Austin.

Available to complete our comprehensive paid training program in Austin, TX.

About the Position

This is a full-time, long-term Consultant role (40 hours per week). The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $50 USD / hour, equating to $100,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payments are made weekly.
