We are seeking a remarkable literacy specialist to help expand our innovative 2-Hour Learning model and contribute to a scalable reading program for multiple campuses.

Base pay range : $60.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct adaptive reading workshops focused on building essential skills in phonics, comprehension, and fluency
• Create personalized motivational sessions that enhance engagement through gamified literacy milestones
• Interpret student progress data to refine teaching methods and generate actionable insights
• Work alongside the tech team to assess and improve AI literacy tools based on classroom outcomes
• Develop scalable content that customizes reading journeys for a diverse student body

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD / hour, which equates to $120,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
