Location : Athens Health and Rehabilitation Center, Athens, PA

Athens Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll provide essential physical therapy services to help residents achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life. Position Highlights :

  • Employment Type : Full-Time
  • Location : Athens, PA
  • Pay Rate : $40 - $50 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy care in accordance with the PT scope of practice, department procedures, and established productivity standards.
  • Assess and evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals.
  • Implement and oversee treatment plans to facilitate recovery, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and care provided.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current and active
  • Physical Therapist license
  • in Pennsylvania.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
