Description :

This position is within a 22-bed Intensive Care Unit.

The unit is staffed by 58 personnel, including nurses and a unit secretary.

The patient-nurse ratio is 1 : 2.

Equipment utilized in this unit includes CRRT, ventilators, MTP, Hemospheres, arterial lines, Impella, IABP, CABG, EVD, and TTM.

The electronic medical record system used is Meditech.

Typical hiring profile includes candidates with critical drip management and arterial line skills.

Candidates may perform procedures such as bronchoscopy and CVC insertion.

Flexibility is essential for this role.

The unit follows an attendance policy and schedule commitments.

Weekends and on-call shifts may be required, including four weekend shifts in a four-week schedule period.
