Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point-of-contact for patients during their treatment and recovery process
Provide timely assistance via phone, chat, or email to resolve administrative, medication, or service management issues
Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to support telehealth care delivery
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of related experience in a medical or healthcare setting
Medical experience is required (e.g., Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Tech)
Bilingual in Spanish is preferable but not required
Experience in a high-volume contact center or care delivery environment
Comfortable with various computer technologies and software platforms
