Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Labor and Delivery Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 06 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse L&D Join our team as a dedicated Licensed Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, where your expertise will play a vital role in providing exceptional maternal and newborn care. Required Skills : Proven experience in Labor and Delivery or Postpartum (PP) units Proficient in Epic Charting Active MN RN license Current AHA BLS, NRP, and EFM certifications (both Basic & Intermediate) Ability to float to PP units as needed Comfortable working 8-hour night shifts (2300 start) and weekends on a rotation basis Nice to Have Skills : Basic Fetal Monitoring Certification; Intermediate certification acceptable if coursework can be completed Flexibility to float within related units Prior experience working in a hospital setting within 7 days or less RTO Preferred Education and Experience : Valid RN license in Minnesota Experience in L&D and Postpartum care Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with compassion Other Requirements : Willingness to work night shifts and weekend rotations No on-call requirements; holidays as needed Floating to postpartum units as required Ready to make a meaningful impact in maternal health?
