Business Intelligence Lead

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Lead to oversee analytics efforts and manage the BI function.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the BI function, mentoring the team and establishing best practices in data modeling, transformation, and visualization

Develop and maintain BI models using DBT and SQL, ensuring accuracy and scalability

Build and oversee dashboards and reporting in Looker (LookML) or Tableau for campaign performance monitoring

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in BI or analytics roles, with a preference for 2+ years in a management or lead position

Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or other modern data warehouses

Proficiency with BI tools : Looker (LookML), Tableau, or similar

Hands-on experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation

Background in digital advertising, performance marketing, or related domains strongly preferred
