Job Title : Senior Network Engineer
Location : New York, NY 10065 (Local Candidates Strongly Preferred)
Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (60-minute break)
Type : 34-week Remote / Hybrid Contract (Flexible Day / Evening / Night Shifts Required)
Pay : $60 – $65 / hour
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to support critical network infrastructure operations in a dynamic hybrid environment. This role requires advanced expertise in enterprise networking technologies and the flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure
- Configure and support routing and switching (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, STP, VRF, etc.)
- Implement and maintain firewalls (Palo Alto), load balancers (F5), wireless (Aruba), and DDI (Infoblox) solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network design and security initiatives
- Perform detailed network analysis and optimize performance across layers of the OSI model
- Ensure high availability, redundancy, and QoS across LAN / WAN environments
