Direct Support Professional (DSP) PRN / On-Call - $750 Sign On Bonus

What This PRN Role Looks Like : Youll be part of a dependable team that provides support when coverage is needed. This may include :

Filling in for staff on scheduled time off or call-outs
Picking up shifts based on your availability
Working days, evenings, weekends, and overnightsas you choosefrom available openings

This role isperfect for students, retirees, or anyone wanting extra incomewith the freedom to build their own schedule.

What Youll Do :

Support residents in daily living skills such as meal prep, personal care, household tasks, and budgeting

Assist with participation in work, social, and recreational activities in the community

Provide transportation to appointments, outings, and employment as needed

Build connections and encourage independence in a positive, supportive way

Document services and help track resident progress

Administer medication (training provided!)

Requirements :

Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize safety

Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
