Description We are seeking a talented Designer to join our growing team full-time. In this role, you will contribute to and develop original design work, demonstrating mastery of design fundamentals and conceptual thinking. You will clearly understand the design process from kickoff to file release. You will collaborate across various departments including strategy, accounts, production, and interactive teams. Key Responsibilities
Execute design across a variety of creative projects from concept to production
Deliver conceptual creative ideas with a clear understanding of design best practices and a strong passion and talent for excellent craft
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to develop unique creative solutions
Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams
Stay current with design trends, technology, and best practices
Demonstrate self-motivation, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively
Maintain meticulous attention to organization and detail in all work
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
Experience and Qualifications
2–5 years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing design across identity, packaging, and marketing materials
Advanced skills in creative tools including Adobe Creative Cloud
Illustration and / or animation experience a plus, but not required
Must be able to commute to Moxie Sozo HQ in Boulder, Colorado, 2–3 days per week
Reporting Structure This position currently reports to the Group Creative Director.
