The Position Specifics

Your job is to provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional breakfast, brunch, and lunch experience for all of our Guests as a true hospitality professional.

Understand all Snooze policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and expectations.

Inspire and support the team by embodying our core values and hospitality standard

Observe Guests and ensure the ultimate satisfaction with the food, service, and ambiance.

Possess in-depth knowledge of all in-house products and ingredients, including how they’re made, where they come from, and why they are the best of the best.

Be an invaluable member of the team; deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, build relationships, and help wherever, whenever

Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to terminals, refrigeration units to host stands.

Are highly committed to teamwork

Have the ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.

Must have the stamina to work in a standing position for long periods of time (10 plus hours).

Can safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds.

Are at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
