Sheet Metal Mechanic - Per Diem Offered

We are seeking an experienced Lead Journeyman Commercial Sheet Metal Mechanic for a long-term project in Beloit, Kansas.

This role involves leading a crew of journeyman sheet metal mechanics in the installation of all aspects of HVAC systems, including ductwork, setting hangers, rooftop units, and more often working from ladders. This is a new addition / renovation of an elementary school.

Pay rate is $39 per hour plus Per Diem : $100 per day worked. Schedule is Four 10-hour days plus most Fridays (5 hours) for about 6 months. Work is expected to start on Tuesday, September 30th.

Requirements : -6+ years of experience as a journeyman sheet metal mechanic -Proven leadership skills and ability to direct a crew -Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints -Own all standard hand tools and a cordless drill -Must wear all PPE and have reliable transportation -Must pass pre-employment screenings
