Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,362 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Rutland, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Requirements : - RN License : Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Vermont . Experience : Minimum 2 years of nursing experience . OASIS Documentation : Prior experience with OASIS documentation is required. High-Tech Skills : Competency in IV therapy, wound VAC, and complex wound care . Ability to Work Independently : Must be able to provide care in a home care setting , manage caseloads, and make clinical decisions with minimal supervision. Compliance : Must adhere to State and Federal regulations, Vermont Board of Nursing rules, and VNAHSR policies . Travel / On-Call : Able to travel to patient homes within the coverage area and fulfill on-call duties, including weekends / holidays as scheduled.
