Wastewater Biosolids Practice :
The Biosolids Practice is within the Water Business Group, serving municipalities, private entities, wastewater utilities, and government clients across North America. HDR ranks fourth in wastewater treatment according to ENR 2023. We have about 700 employees offering biosolids management, solids processing, wastewater treatment, and related services.
Role Overview :
Lead HDR's Biosolids practice through technical leadership, business development, relationship building, and client work. The goal is to expand market share and brand presence in North America.
Primary Responsibilities :
Develop and implement business strategies, coordinate with sector leadership, and communicate regularly across regions. Support and collaborate on growth strategies, participate in industry committees, and lead project pursuits. Manage and contribute to biosolids projects, ensuring quality and technical excellence.
