Job Description :

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our Finance Team to help with the day-to-day tasks within our department. Your duties will include compiling and reviewing financial information,data entry, and maintaining records.

What You'll Do :

• Record direct bill commission transactions and reconcile to statements received to cash received
• Monitor cash accounts daily to ensure all transactions recorded and update cash projection
• Process weekly deposits of commission checks
• Reconcile clients receivable accounts
• Manage agency bill collections and refunds
• Process carrier premium remit payments
• Record vendor invoices and process payments on weekly basis
• Maintain an organized electronic filing system
• Review and assign mail correspondence

What We Need :

Proficiency in and a high comfort level with Excel is required

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. NEXT employees are eligible for our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision / dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.

US annual base salary range for this full-time position :

$57,000—$75,000 USD
