The Position :

We are currently hiring a Safety Coordinator at our Emmetsburg location. We are looking for candidates who are innovative, self-motivated, with exceptional decision-making skills.

The Safety Coordinator will collaborate with our Safety Manager to develop and implement health and safety plans that promote a culture of safety. They will encourage best practices, provide training, lead health and safety meetings, and conduct root cause analyses to address and correct safety issues. The Safety Coordinator will ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Company policies, providing our employee-owners with a safe work environment.

Candidates must be able to adapt to changing work environments, be actively engaged in K&W Electric, Inc.s safety policies, and be able to maintain a positive image of ones self and of the Company.
