Overview :

As a part of our fast-paced, in-house advertising agency, our Account Coordinators play an important role in ensuring marketing projects are delivered accurately and timely to our clients. Account Coordinators must be effective communicators and help keep the entire team on track throughout the creative process.

What you'll do :

• Proof design projects for quality and accuracy to make sure client expectations are being met
• Manage project timelines and monitor the scheduling of copywriting, design, and compliance through completion
• Handle revision requests from client offices and partner with internal design teams to implement necessary changes
• Assist Account Manager through a variety of tasks, such as, but not limited to, facilitation of client projects, tracking of projects, sending proofs and emails
