A Floating Maintenance Technician performs a wide variety of maintenance, repair, grounds keeping, and other interior and exterior maintenance duties for the community under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. The Floating Maintenance Technician may assist at two or more properties in the local area as needed. A valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple local sites is required for this role. The responsibilities for a Floating Maintenance Technician with Bell Partners may include painting, snow / ice removal, gutter cleaning, replacing filters, working with trash compactor, plumbing, light bulb replacement, A / C maintenance, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repair.
