A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CLASS A CDL DELIVERY DRIVER IN FOODSERVICE As one of our full-time Class A CDL Delivery Drivers, you are a hero that transports our foodservice items in a safe, efficient, and timely manner into the hands of our grateful customers along your designated route. You also check-in with our customers on their experience with our service and handle all concerns with care. With attention-to-detail, you compare inventory with checklist quantities, accurately complete all tasks, as well as positively represent RDP Foodservice at each stop. RDP offers a work life balance with competitive pay.

JOB DETAILS

• Base Pay starting at $27 per hour
• M-F schedule - day shift or Sunday - Thursday - night shift starting at 9 : 00 PM
• Routes can range 550 to 700 cases and 6 to 12 stops per route
• Ability to use a ramp and two-wheeler throughout your shift
• Ability to manually unload / deliver various products including frozen foods, dry good, meats, produce, supplies, etc.
• Eligible for bonuses based upon cases delivered
• Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company
• Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy
• Performs scanning check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded for accuracy
• Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight
• $200 per month Attendance bonus
• $200 per month Professionalism bonus

WORK SCHEDULE This full-time professional driving position comes with a 5-day work week . Most routes begin between 3 am and 6 am. Must be willling to be on call one time per week.
