Ellie Mental Health is hiring an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic Manager for our Broomfield, Colorado location, who will share our vision for improving and increasing access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. The Clinic Manager position allows one to apply their leadership skills while continuing to help their community by working with clients. Your day will be fast-paced and no two days will be the same! You can expect about : 25% of your day to be spent working with clients, 40% of your time you will support clinicians and staff with clinical, administrative, and team-based development, 10% of your time in an outreach and community development capacity letting the community know about Ellie! 15% on facilities and office management and 10% on billing, credentialing and troubleshooting.
