This is a remote role, but eligible candidates must reside in one of the following states : IN, MI, IL, OH, KY, TN, MN, MA, FL, GA, PA
Ocassional travel is required once per year for our annual summit in Mishawaka, IN, or to client engagements.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000 to $62,500, depending on experience and qualifications, while our internal pay band for this role extends to $80,000.
Pathfinders, a full-service integrated marketing agency, is looking for an Account Executive who thrives on building relationships and moving work forward. At Pathfinders, our AEs arent order-takers; theyre the face of the agency for their clients. In this role, youll own day-to-day client communications, manage projects across multiple channels, and make sure everything we deliver is on time, on budget, and on brand.

What you will do, in greater detail :
Build and maintain trust with clients through proactive engagement
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear, timely updates
Ensure all work meets brand standards and strategic objectives
Develop and manage project plans; monitor timelines, budgets, and KPIs
Lead and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and working sessions with confidence
