Nesco Resource is seeking a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator for a long-standing Capital District manufacturing company! This is a direct hire opportunity with fully paid health benefits!

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Logistics Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and on time, maintaining shipping records, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to support smooth logistics operations.

Essential Functions

• Verify and audit all materials against sales orders once shipments are ready.
• Maintain the daily shipping calendar using the company's computer system.
• Enter raw material receipts into the QMS form.
• Coordinate with customer service and / or third-party providers for critical shipment logistics.
• Expedite orders through the system to meet delivery deadlines and trace orders when necessary.
• Assist in resolving issues related to damages, losses, or delays.
• Support semi-annual inventory counts.
