Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A talented professional is sought for an engaging opportunity in a supportive elementary school environment in Spring Hill, KS. This contract position involves working directly with a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students, focusing on their unique speech and language needs.

Qualifications :

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Location : Spring Hill, KS

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
  • Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of 40 elementary students
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and needs
