Our team is entrepreneurial, fast-moving, and laser-focused on building a scalable foundation for growth. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to be one of our earliest hires and the engine behind our Lincolnshire, IL facility. This is not a back-office role — it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and central to our success. You’ll own the day-to-day flow of our operations and help build the systems, team, and culture that will take us from startup to industry leader.

Role Description

• Own daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth intake, storage, refurbishing, and shipping of medical imaging equipment and parts
• Build and refine processes for inventory management, quality assurance, and compliance (ISO 13485 standards)
• Manage and develop a team of Biomedical Engineering Technicians, keeping workflows efficient, priorities clear, and quality standards high
• Partner with leadership to plan, report, and scale operational capacity as the business grows
• Jump in wherever needed — from troubleshooting workflow bottlenecks to helping design the systems that will power our next stage of growth
