Preferred Qualifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent. Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001 : 2015, and NIST 800-171 requirements. Experience working with customers like Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, or L3Harris. Background in electronics or power systems is strongly preferred. Experience with ERP / MRP systems and technical documentation management.

Sr. Program Manager
Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee complex, high-value
customer programs in the defense, aerospace, and industrial sectors. This individual will lead
cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships at a senior level, and drive programs from
kickoff through delivery. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience managing
technical programs and a strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and
manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead multiple complex programs, ensuring alignment with technical, contractual, and business goals.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly revenue plan / forecast and brief General Manager on performance to plan.
- Serve as the senior liaison for major customer accounts.
- Manage interdepartmental coordination and resource allocation across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Test, and Purchasing.
- Own program performance metrics, including cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and recovery strategies.
- Facilitate program status reviews, design reviews, and customer meetings.
- Manage scope changes and contractual updates with full documentation control.
- Mentor junior project / program managers or coordinators as needed.
