The RN ensures a safe environment, promotes recovery-focused care, and upholds the mission and values of Pine Rest. Key Responsibilities : Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff. Provide patient / family education and discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation per facility standards.
