High image and exposure position for Industrial Wood (IW) business. Candidate will have frequent interactions with IW marketing, sales, technical, operations, accounting teams.
- Lead daily product quality for GI BU including the complaint process for GI Liquid business activity
- Ensure the quality health as measured by Opportunity Cost, Complaint Rate, and Complaint Resolution / Stabilization Days.
- Responsible for the Complaint Satisfaction Program including maintaining and improving.
- Lead the monthly Quality Review Board meetings to drive core quality issues for GI Liquid BU
- Engage functional (R&D, Operations, CI, etc...) resources to drive complex ARC resolutions
- This position will regularly interface with GSC Operations, GI BU R&D, PCG Group Quality, Purchasing, Complaint Teams, and field Technical Service to drive PCG GI Liquid Product Quality.
- Bachelor's Degree - science, quality, or equivalent - MBA preferred
- Required :
1+ years managing / supervisory role
3+ years working in / around product development labs / commercialization process, field stores, or manufacturing quality
Formal Root Cause training / practitioner
Preferred :Six Sigma certified (green belt or higher)
