American Bolt Corporation is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative / Customer Support to join our team. Do you have experience in the fastener / hardware industry? This Inside Sales Representative position offers a competitive salary to match industry experience and a full benefit package. This position is also eligible for American Bolts profit sharing bonus structure!

AS AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, YOU WILL TOUCH 5 MAIN AREAS

• Customer Support & Communication

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online.

Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system with accuracy.

Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product availability

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and in the CRM and ensure follow-up on open items

Stay current on company products, services, and policies.

WHO YOU ARE

You understand fastener products and have in-depth knowledge of customer applications of fasteners. You are a team player with a positive, customer-first mindset. You have excellent customer service and communication skills. You have strong phone contact handling skills. You have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a changing environment. You have the ability to prioritize and handle a fast-paced workload. You have strong time management and organizational skills. You pay high attention to details and accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position will train in the office for at least 60 days. There will be an opportunity for a hybrid, work-from-home schedule after fully trained - 2 days / week work from home, 3 days / week in the office. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am-4 : 30pm.
