Needing emergent coverage for the below dates. Providers will need to have a clean file, active license and be very responsive with paperwork in order to have emergency privs in time.

The follow shifts are urgent coverage needs :

November 3-9th

Dec 25th - Jan 5th

There are also ongoing coverage needs at this facility, if a good fit, provider would be continued to be scheduled

OT would apply after 10 hours per day, not 40 hours per week.
