Senior Quality Training Specialist

Overview

Stryker is hiring a Senior Quality Training Specialist in Irvine, California. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating site-wide training programs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

What You Will Do

• Partner cross-functionally across departments to support site-wide training initiatives and ensure consistency in training delivery and documentation.
• Design and implement a scalable, role-based training curriculum tailored to specific job functions, with a focus on meaningful, competency-based learning.
• Identify training gaps and inefficiencies and lead initiatives to create interactive and engaging training solutions.
• Create and integrate knowledge checks, quizzes, and assessments to validate learning effectiveness and reinforce key concepts.
• Maintain quality training requirements in compliance with applicable regulatory regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Design and deliver training materials, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions, focused on quality systems, Quality Procedures (QPs), and regulatory requirements.
• Work with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training requirements and determine timelines.
• Maintain accurate and complete training records and update training records (digital and electronic).
• Monitor, track, and report on a variety of training metrics, including past-due training.
• Support internal and external audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related to training processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, audit findings, and best practices.

Salary range : 79,500 - 101,500 - 123,500; salary is bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
