Compensation / HRIS Analyst

The Compensation / HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting and administering compensation programs and HRIS functions, with a strong emphasis on the UKG Pro platform. This role will ensure data accuracy, compensation program integrity, and regulatory compliance while serving as a critical liaison between HR, IT, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UKG Pro and be comfortable analyzing data, creating reports, and supporting compensation strategy execution. This position plays a key role in driving internal equity, market competitiveness, and HR system optimization through data-driven decision-making and process improvement.

Duties and responsibilities include :

• Support the Cavender's culture and drive our mission, vision, and values.
• Administer and analyze compensation programs, including job evaluations, salary structures, merit increases, and incentive programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Maintain and enhance compensation-related data within the UKG Pro system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
• Partner with HR leadership to develop and execute compensation strategies that align with compliance requirements and company objectives.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Monitor federal, state, and local compensation-related legislation and ensure all compensation practices remain compliant.
• Serve as a system administrator for compensation modules within UKG Pro, troubleshooting issues, conducting testing, and supporting system updates or enhancements.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners on projects that integrate compensation data or HR systems (e.g., Payfactors / Payscale).
• Provide user support and training to HR team members and business leaders on compensation tools and system processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional HR initiatives that impact workforce planning, talent management, or system optimization.
