Responsibilities
- Assist with the publication of pictures on the Internet, including creating floorplans and performing Photoshop and Lightroom tasks.
- Travel to Florida RV shows or dealerships to assist sales departments as needed.
- Travel occasionally to Phoenix, Mesa, and Tucson to take or edit photos.
- Use the current photo guide as a reference for photos needed of each unit.
- Verify the list of units to photograph, print the list daily, and coordinate with the transportation department to move units if necessary.
- Check emails intermittently for special requests from the Sales Department regarding units that need to be photographed.
- Prepare units prior to photographing : adjust pillows, seat belts, dispose of trash and papers, etc.
- Report any broken parts, dead batteries, or other damage to the Service Manager.
- Upload all pictures to the current La Mesa RV server daily.
- Adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
- Provide coverage and / or assistance for other department staff when needed.
- Keep accurate and legible records and adhere to all quality, safety, reporting requirements.
- Perform other duties as required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to hear and speak.Prolonged sitting for up to 8 hours.Ability to climb or balance, kneel or stoop occasionally.Ability to visually observe surroundings.Can stoop, bend, reach, lift, and carry items between 20 and 55 pounds often.Can use hands to handle, control, and feel objects, tools, or controls (i.e., camera).Can work in varying extreme hot, cold, and wet temperatures on occasion.Can work outside of normal business hours or on weekends to meet deadlines on occasion.Travel Requirements
Travel may be required to Florida, Phoenix, Mesa, and Tucson.
Qualifications
Ability to operate equipment.Effective written and oral communication skills.Organized multitasker and capable of juggling multiple projects.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Excellent artistic vision, knowledge of cameras, and an understanding of light and shade.Ability to work independently and with a team.Comprehensive understanding of SOPs and the ability to read, hear, speak, and comprehend verbal and written instructions.Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent.Knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom Classic.Basic computer and math skills.General knowledge of Excel, internet applications, and ERP systems.Employment Type
