We are hiring individuals to support our residents in all aspects of daily living, provide person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assist residents in activities of daily living
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents\' needs are addressed in a timely manner
• Administer medication to residents

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation : Commensurate for experience, between $22.00 $26.00 hourly, alongside additional shift differential earnings
