  • Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.\n
  • Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.\n
  • Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.\n
  • Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.\n
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.\n\n? What You'll Need to Bring\n\n?? Education : \n
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.\n\n?? Licensure & Certifications : \n
  • Active RN License (compact or single-state) required.\n
  • BLS & ACLS certifications — required and ready to roll!\n\n?? Experience : \n
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on, recent, RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required.\n\n?? Skills : \n
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service\n
  • Quick on your feet and calm under pressure\n
