Job Summary : This position is responsible for helping oversee the daily delivery of parts purchased by customers within our designated territory.

Essential Duties :

  • Assist counter salesman and outside salesman with staging orders for delivery or customer pick-up.
  • Ability to safely move inventory in and out of warehouse using tow motor and scissor lifts.
  • Prepping larger items using power tools (i.e., circular saw, aluminum shears, etc.)
  • Restocking shelves, loading delivery drivers, and loading and unloading trucks.
  • Serve as a liaison for inventory control as directed by parts operations manager.
  • Stay organized and follow systems set to perform daily tasks.
  • Help cover counter or back window as needed when called upon.
  • Great organizational skills and will require the individual to be a strong self-starter.
  • Delivery of parts for repair orders to counter customers and the service technicians as called upon.
  • Deliver parts to onsite service technicians and walk-in customers as needed, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment of parts orders and customer requests.
  • Prepare products to be received or shipped from warehouse / department.
  • Match actual product to associated documentation; record transactions in Karmak Fusion.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and associated documentation.
  • Respond to internal and external requests regarding receiving / shipping data or issues.
  • Locate damaged goods into special area for destruction or return to vendor.
  • Perform cycle counts and bin checks.
  • Provide coverage for regular parts drivers on an as-needed basis, including during vacations, employee absences, or periods of increased demand.

    • Education and Experience :

  • Education This position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

    • Physical Environments :

  • Noise levels are moderate to high at times in a warehouse environment.
  • The physical exertion may be heavy at times, may require lifting up to 100 pounds.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
