About the Float Position
As a Veterinary CSR / Kennel Assistant Float , you'll be a vital member of our hospital team, stepping in wherever needed most. This role bridges client service and patient care, allowing you to gain valuable, hands-on experience in multiple departments.
What You'll Do
Client Services : Greet and assist clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
Patient Care : Safely and compassionately handle and restrain pets for exams, treatments, and procedures.
Hospital Support : Maintain hospital cleanliness, assist with stocking and organizing supplies, and support the medical team with day-to-day flow.
Team Collaboration : Work across departments to support staff during busy times, staff absences, or when specific areas need extra help.
What You'll Bring
Previous animal care or customer service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Compassion, patience, and professionalism with both pets and clients.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
