Job Summary :

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in our energetic environment. You will be responsible for providing basic clinical support to patients, contributing to their comfort and well-being during their visit.

Key Responsibilities :

The following responsibilities outline the expectations for this role :

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and guide them through the treatment process.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their wait times and next steps.
• Address patient concerns promptly and seek assistance in emergency situations.
• Perform follow-up calls, demonstrating urgency and care.
• Assist front desk staff with patient check-in and check-out as needed.
• Accurately obtain and document patient vital signs and medical histories.
• Support the provider during procedures under direct supervision.
• Complete all necessary documentation related to patient visits efficiently.
