As a Dental Assistant on our team, you will play a pivotal role in creating a comfortable, safe, and efficient environment for pediatric patients. You’ll assist in delivering preventive and restorative dental treatments, support the dentist and hygienist, and help shape the overall patient experience from check-in to dismissal.

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies for pediatric dental proceduresAssist the dentist and hygienist chairside (e.g. passing instruments, suction, mixing materials)Take and develop intraoral and extraoral radiographs (X-rays)Provide patient education to children and their guardians (infant hygiene, brushing / flossing technique, diet counseling)Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment, following infection control protocolsRecord and maintain accurate patient records and chartsMonitor and stock supplies, order as neededAid in behavior guidance and management techniques appropriate for childrenAssist in emergency procedures (e.g. basic life support) when requiredSupport front office tasks as needed (e.g. scheduling follow-ups, patient check-in / out)Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by managementQualifications :
Dental Assistant certification or credentials (as required by state)Radiography certification (or ability to become certified)Prior experience with pediatric dental patients preferredPatience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young patientsAbility to multitask and stay composed in a dynamic environmentCPR / BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work flexible hoursComprehensive Benefits Package :
