Located in Bedford, IN

Salary : $22.12 / hr- $27.65 / hr

Job Summary :

  • Maintenance / Repair tasks at the plant.
  • Preventative maintenance / repair tasks on mobile equipment.
  • Preventive maintenance / repair tasks on furnaces, power supplies and plant operational equipment and processes.
  • Repairs of unscheduled equipment issues causing downtime
  • Completing work orders & PM paperwork
  • Follow the 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes

Location : Bedford, IN

Position Type : Evaluation Hire

Pay : $22.12 / hr- $27.65 / hr

Schedule : 4 : 00 PM to 12 : 30 AM

Qualifications :

  • Ability to operate machinery and determine the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned to make general observations of facilities
  • Ability to talk, hear, have repetitive motion, stoop, crouch, stand, walk, lift, and climb stairs
  • Self starter
  • Exert up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to twenty-five (25) pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Must comply with quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations

    • Experience required

  • Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
  • Industrial maintenance or millwright or welding experience within other manufacturing facilities
